Buying on mrskill.it is a simple and safe operation. The customer will have to view the collections, choose the product and order its shipment. The online store offers leather clothing and accessories made with care and handcrafted by your brand. Thanks to the exclusive service and the unmistakable style of mrskill.it, shopping will turn into a unique moment. To browse the proposals, just select a CATEGORY and discover the selection of products signed by the Brand that shop.ryal.it offers its customers. Each product is accompanied by a descriptive card which contains information on the model, the price, the composition, the sizes and the colors.

With ADD TO CART, the desired item is placed in a virtual shopping bag that allows you to continue browsing the other pages of the site, pending confirmation of the order. At any time it is possible to add new purchases or, with the DELETE ITEM function, to exclude those already selected. By clicking on the CART link, the prices of the individual items purchased and the total amount of the order, still partial and unconfirmed, are indicated. Thanks to the functionality of the WISHLIST, it is possible to compose, during shopping, a list of favorite items that will be stored in a reserved space, with the possibility of reviewing them whenever you wish. Once chosen, it will be sufficient to insert the selection made directly in the cart. With SEND ORDER online shopping comes to an end. If you are already a mrskill.it customer, just enter your email and password, and the system will automatically recognize the user. If, on the other hand, it is the first visit to the mrskill.it online store, the system will offer you to register on the site (by clicking on the REGISTRATION link), so as to enter the data necessary for purchasing and shipping. Once registration is complete, the system will store the information and the customer will be automatically recognized during subsequent visits. 1. MR SKILL offers for sale, on mrskill.it, the products and carries out its e-commerce activity exclusively towards its end users who are “consumers”.

4. These General Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on mrskill.it among mrskill.it users.
5. The General Conditions of Sale do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products by subjects other than mrskill.it that are present on mrskill.it through links, banners or other hypertext links.
6. mrskill.it reserves the right to cancel and / or cancel any order and for any reason (unavailability, inventory error, defective items). Obviously, the cancellation is followed by the relative refund of the entire amount spent; refund that will be made in the same way in which the order was paid.

Guarantees and indication of product prices

1. On mrskill.it are offered for sale only luxury and top quality branded products.

MR SKILL supplies itself, through the current collaboration, of manufacturers of leather for footwear, exclusively of first quality, scattered in the exclusively Italian territory; thanks to consolidated direct relationships (all authorized dealers). The goods offered for sale on the mrskill.it website are obtained exclusively from the owner of the mrskill.it brand, declaring to be an authorized dealer for the sale of the products contained within the site. All trademarks mentioned on the site are registered trademarks of their respective owners who own the rights and ownership of them. The mere mention of these brands within the site does not suggest or imply that the respective owners have any affiliation or agreement with the site itself.

2. mrskill.it does not sell used products, irregular or of inferior quality to the corresponding standards offered on the market.
3. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on mrskill.it within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on mrskill.it may not correspond to the real ones due to the effect of the Internet browser and monitor as well as the natural grain and therefore chromatic variations of the leather used.
4. Product prices may be subject to updates. Make sure of the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form. The increase or decrease in the sale price is our unquestionable choice and can take place a few seconds after the order is closed by you.
5. mrskill.it, in the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that do not have the relevant tags or warranty seal, products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that are been damaged.
6. Being a catalog comparable by law to mail order, shop.ryal.it reserves the right to cancel orders and / or purchase procedures in case of error in the publication of prices or items for sale. In this case the customer will obviously be reimbursed for any expenses incurred.

SHIPMENTS

Shipments to Italy are made within 5 working days – from the date of the order, being an artisan production and elaborated according to the customer’s specific customization requests; at the time of shipment of the goods, mrskill.it will send the mail confirming the shipment and the courier’s track for tracking the goods. Shipments to Europe and the rest of the world are made within 21 working days from the order date. mrskill.it carries out shipments in Italy and all over the world only through the express courier service. All goods sent by mrskill.it are carefully packed. Together with the goods sent, mrskill.it will insert the invoice in the package (or where requested by e-mail) indicating in detail the prices of the purchased items.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders regularly filled in and paid for will be processed within 5 working days: all shipments depart from mrskill.it, only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 17.30. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled on the following Monday.

FOLLOW YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE

mrskill.it offers its customers a shipping service traceable at all times, thanks to the service made available by couriers. The Customer will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment of the goods with the code (tracking number) provided by the courier which will allow him to check the progress of his shipment at any time. Alternatively, you can always check the delivery status in real time in the “My Account” section of the site.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times are conditioned by the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): shipping is tentatively scheduled within 5 days from the order according to the availability of our suppliers with delivery in the following three working days. European EU countries (DDP): delivery is tentatively expected within three / five working days of shipment. European non-EU countries (DDU): delivery is tentatively expected within 5-7 working days of shipment. Rest of the world: delivery is tentatively scheduled up to 7-10 days from shipment with Express Service.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Once the goods are delivered, it is up to the Customer to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document. If the package is tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery document with reserve or refuse the delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local courier office and to mrskill.it, by sending an e-mail to our customer service. If the customer refuses to deliver the goods, any shipping costs necessary for returning the package to shop.ryal.it will be deducted from the refund due to the customer. If for any reason the shipment was not delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of registration, the package will be sent back to mrskill.it at the expense of the same customer. In this case, mrskill.it will take care of deducting this amount from any refund due to the Customer.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

mrskill.it offers its customers different types of payment:

• Paypal
• Bank transfer

Other forms of payment are not accepted.

The financial information of the Customer who purchases on the mrskill.it website (credit card number, expiration date of the credit card and other personal data) will be processed exclusively by the banking institution, and never in the possession or knowledge of mrskill.it.

PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL

The customer can pay for his purchase through his verified Paypal account, according to the methods provided by PayPal and to the knowledge of each account holder.

N.B: In case of exchange or return, the cost of shipping will not be refunded but only the value of the purchased goods.

BANK TRANSFER

The customer can choose to pay by bank transfer in advance, at the bank details indicated by shop.ryal.it.

shop.ryal.it reserves the right to prepare the shipment, only upon receipt of the bank transfer.

N.B: In case of exchange or return, neither the cost of shipping nor the cost of the cash on delivery will be refunded but only the value of the goods purchased.

SHIPPING PRODUCTS AND COSTS

Shipping Italy – Free

Shipping to Europe – minimum shipping is € 15.00

Shipping to non-EU countries – minimum shipping is € 30.00

mrskill.it carries out shipments in Italy and all over the world only through the express courier service. All the goods sent by mrskill.it are carefully packed. Together with the shipped goods, mrskill.it will insert DDT or invoice in the parcel indicating in detail the prices and discounts applied, even in the case of sales.

SHIPMENTS IN THE WORLD

For all European countries prices are inclusive of VAT.

For all countries outside Europe prices are inclusive of VAT.

DELIVERY TIME

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

mrskill.it intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility to return one or more items and to receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the customer within 14 days of delivery and only on condition that the returned products are intact and never used.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To send one or more returns to mrskill.it, the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:
A) – All items for sale on the mrskill.it website are delivered to the customer with an authenticity tag attached to the product via a disposable security seal with the shop.rual.it logo. The product should be worn without removing the tag and without tampering with the warranty seal. The return will be accepted only with the perfectly intact security seal, which can be a plastic seal with relative thread. Under no circumstances will returns accepted with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.
B) –The products to be returned must not have been worn, washed or treated in any way.

1. C) – The products must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be properly packaged and packaged.
2. D) – All other product labels must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
3. E) – The goods to be returned must be delivered physically and only to the Express Courier no later than 7 days from the date of delivery.
4. F) – The customer who wishes to make a change of model, color or article must submit the return procedure and place a new order on the mrskill.it website.
   G) – In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, shop.rual.it reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to return them to the customer at the latter’s expense.

THE RETURN PROCEDURE

1. A) – To request the return authorization, the Customer must send a request to the address: info@mrskill.it within 14 days of receiving the goods. The e-mail must specify the codes of the items that you intend to return. Once the return request has been received, the mrskill.it customer service will send the customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
   B – The shipping price will be charged to the customer.
   Send the package to MR SKILL – Via IV Novembre 8 • 06031 • Bevagna (PG) • Italy. The shipment is at the customer’s risk: mrskill.it is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The items must be returned in the same packaging with which they were received or in the same manner and type of the same. Inside the package, the customer will find a label to be placed as a seal to close the outer packaging, to guarantee the customer himself and shop.rual.it against any tampering with the return.
   All returned goods will be inspected by the shop.rual.it staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. mrskill.it reserves the right to evaluate additional charges that may be necessary to guarantee the return of the returned items for sale. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the condition of the returns and communicated to the Customer.

REFUND

If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all the conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made by credit card (if the order was paid by credit card) Paypal credit (if the order was paid by Paypal) or bank transfer.
